That was 46 years ago - an automobile would be an antique
Yet, at E & V Ristorante we are always striving to reach our peak

The culinary requirements keep changing over the years
We cannot be complacent when any new idea appears
Do you recall when cholesterol was merely a word
And several others like polyunsaturated had never been heard

Traditional Italian cuisine has always been our priority
Though in these days and times we keep creating variety
Our menu selections have been enhanced now it's true
Therefore we are proud to offer both old and new to you!

Without your patronage the 46 years wouldn't have been a celebration
These years have brought us hundreds of hours filled with elation

Since opening E & V in 1967 we have been dedicated to preparing one of the most innovative and interesting Italian menus in New Jersey. We would like to say "Thank You" and extend great appreciation to our wonderful and distinguished clientele for supporting us in our effort to bring you new dishes inspired by very old and very new in the best tradition of fine Italian cuisine for the past 46 years.
